JUDGMENT
This action was commenced with a Writ of Summons taken from the Registry of this Court on 30-10-2018. There are four reliefs, indorsed on the Writ:
a. Declaration of title to land described in the schedule to the writ.
b. Damages for trespass
c. Recovery of possession of any portion of Plaintiff’s land trespassed unto by Defendants and further order to remove all offending structures from the land in dispute at cost to the Defendant.
d. Perpetual injunction restraining the Defendants, their agents, assigns and workmen from dealing with Plaintiff’s land in any manner detrimental to Plaintiff.
On 25-06-2019, this Court heard submissions from Counsel for Plaintiff, as she stated that she has served the Defendant with Witness Statement and Hearing Notice by substitution, based on an order given by this Court.
