YARGATA BYENCHIT NIMPAR, JCA (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This appeal is against the judgment of the Federal High Court sitting in Lagos and delivered by HON, JUSTICE B. I. MOLOKWU on the 1st day of March, 2013, wherein, the claims of the Appellant were dismissed. Dissatisfied with the judgment, the Appellant filed an Amended Notice of Appeal dated 20th May, 2013 filed on the same date but deemed on 2/2/16.
The Appellant was employed by the Federal Ministry of Aviation and worked with the 1st Respondent for some years when his employment was determined pursuant to reorganization. He felt aggrieved by the said action and instituted a claim against the Respondents claiming as follows:
