J U D G M E N T
Faustina Esinam Dravie (hereinafter called the Petitioner) and her husband Nii Ashitey Tetteh (hereinafter called the Respondent) were married on the 3rd day of January, 2015 at the Vertical Centre Church, Tema under the Marriage Ordinance (Cap 127) (1951 Rev.). The Petitioner is a finance officer at Zoomlion Ghana Limite whilst the Respondent is the Operations Manager of TCT Limited, Tema.
Per the petition filed on the 5th day of January, 2016, the Petitioner is praying the Court for the following reliefs:
i. Nullification of the marriage celebrated between the Petitioner and the Respondent.
ii. Such further order or other orders as this honourable Court may deem fit.
The Respondent who was often present in Court filed appearance through a lawyer but neglected to file an Answer to the petition.
