<p>IBIYEYE, J.C.A.(Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an appeal against the judgment of Adekola, J. (as he then was) of the Oyo State High Court of Justice, delivered on the 12th day of July, 1991.</p><p> The plaintiff and the defendants respectively filed and exchanged pleadings in the trial court in strict compliance with the rules of that court.</p><p> The plaintiffs sought the following reliefs against the defendants:</p><p> &quot;(1) Declaration that the 2nd defendant&#x27;s letter Ref.
