Judgement

TIJJANI ABUBAKAR, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Ruling): This is a Motion brought by the Appellant/Applicant herein filed on the 16th day of June, 2015 and brought pursuant to Order 4 Rule 2, Order 7 Rule 1 of the Court of Appeal Rules 2011, Section 15 of the Court of Appeal Act and under the inherent Jurisdiction of this Court. The Appellant/Applicant is praying for the following reliefs:

1. AN ORDER of this Honourable Court granting leave to the Appellant/Applicant to lead fresh evidence at the Honourable Court by tendering from the bar a copy of a letter dated Friday June 8, 2007, a letter dated June 25, 2007 and a copy of First Bank draft dated 25/06/2007 in favor of Nospetco Oil and Gas all showing the closure of the judgment debtor's account with the Appellant/Applicant.
