By paragraph 21 of the Statement of Facts dated the 9/12/2013 and filed on the 17/12/2013, the Respondent who was the Claimant prayed the Court to grant her the following reliefs:
1. Declaration that the Summary Dismissal of the Claimant by the Defendant vides its letter dated 10th of July, 2013 is null and void and as such of no consequence.
2. An Order for immediate reinstatement of the Claimant couple (sic) with the payment of all the arears of salary with all the allowances from the 14th of March, 2013 up till the time this case is disposed off (sic).
3. An Order of this Honourable Court committing the Summary Dismissal into retirement.
