MUHAMMAD, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Ruling): In a motion on notice dated the J6th day of October, 2005, and filed on 13th day of October, 2005, the applicant prayed for the following reliefs:

"I. Extension of time within which to apply for stay of execution of the judgment of the High Court of Kogi State, sitting at Obangede in suit No. KGS/013/6/2003, delivered on 28/2/2005.

2. An order staying the execution of the judgment of Kogi State High Court of Justice sitting at Obangede in suit No. KGS/OB/2003, delivered on 28/2/2005, pending the determination of the appellants/judgment debtors/applicants' appeal filed against it, a copy of which notice of appeal is attached to this application and marked as exhibit "A".

3. Extension of time within which to seek leave to appeal against the interlocutory ruling delivered by the Kogi State High Court, sitting at Obangede in suit NO. KGS/OB/2005, dated 26/6/2003.
