IBRAHIM TANKO MUHAMMAD, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Ruling): In a motion on notice filed on 3/6/2003, the applicants prayed for the following reliefs:-

"1. An order extending the time within which the appellant/applicant may seek leave against the judgment of the Federation High Court, Abuja delivered by the Honourable Justice C.M.A. Olatoregun on the 8th day of may, 2001 in suit no. FHC/ABJ/CS/268/2000.

2. An order for leave to appeal against the judgment of the Federal High Court, Abuja dated the 8th day of may, 2001.

3. An order extending the time within which to appeal against the judgment of the federal High Court, Abuja dated the 8th day of May, 2001.

4. An order granting leave to appeal on grounds other than grounds of law.

5. An order granting leave to the appellants/applicants to raise and argue fresh issues arising from the grounds of appeal.

6. An order deeming the annexed notice exhibit "HAGF3" and grounds of appeal as duly filed in the prescribed fees having been paid.
