SIDI DAUDA BAGE, JCA (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This appeal is against the judgment of the High court of Lagos State sitting in Ikeja, presided by Hon. Justice I.O. Kasali delivered on the 29th of September, 2005. The Appellant was the defendant at the lower court, while the Respondents were Claimants.
