JUDGMENT

AGBEVEY, J.

The parties were married under the Marriage Ordinance (Cap 127) (1951 Rev.) on the 27th day of September, 2003 at the Prince of Peace Presbyterian Church, Tema. There are two issues of the marriage namely Kwabena Ofosu Addow and Adobea Ofosu Addow. They are 12 and 10 years old respectively.

By a petition filed on the 19th day of December, 2014, the Petitioner is seeking the following reliefs: 

a. Dissolution of the marriage. 

b. Custody of the children with reasonable access to the Respondent.

c. Alimony 

d. An order by the Court for maintenance of the children. 

The Respondent did not file appearance but filed what purports to be an Answer to the Petition on the 27th day of February, 2015. The said response is captioned, 

“Response to Humble Petition of the Petitioner as follows According to its Presentation in the Petition Served Me.”
