Judgement

ROWLAND, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Ruling): The applicant in this matter brought a motion pursuant to section 243 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999, and Order 3 rule 4 of the Court of Appeal Rules, 2002. The applicant is seeking the following reliefs:

1. An order granting extension of time to the applicant to seek leave to appeal as an interested party against the judgment of the High Court delivered by the Honourable Justice E. Esan on 23rd day of July, 2002.

2. Leave to appeal as interested party against the Judgment of the High Court delivered by the Honourable Justice E. Esan on 23rd day of July, 2002.

3. Extension of time to appeal against the judgment of the High Court delivered by the Honourable Justice E. Esan on 23rd July, 2002."

The motion is supported by an affidavit of 55 paragraphs deposed to by one Engineer Saka Folarin Solaja.
