JUDGMENT
The Plaintiff commenced the current action against the Defendant herein and M/S Taysec Limited on 14th January, 2010 for the following reliefs:
(i) Recovery of all monies deducted from the Plaintiff’s salary during his years of service from October, 2003 to August, 2009 including leave allowance not paid over the period plus interest at the compound rate, the monies having already accrued to Plaintiff over which taxes have been paid to the state but not enjoyed to the date of final judgment.
(ii) GH¢50,000.00 compensation general damage for unlawful and unjustifiably refusing to pay to the Plaintiff part of his lawfully earned salary withheld by the first Defendant thereby condemning him and his family to life of penning and hardship and debts which he must necessarily incurs by borrowing money to feed his family and educate his children.
