J U D G M E N T

ADJEI, JA:

The basic reliefs endorsed on the plaintiff’s writ of summons are as follows:

“a. An order that the plaintiff is a joint owner or co-owner of all that piece and parcel of land situate, lying and being at Ayernya No. 2 near Ayikuma in the Dangme West District of the Greater Accra Region of the Republic of Ghana and containing an approximate area of 21.41 acres more or less and bounded on the North-West by Numo Tetteh Kwao Azimeti’s land measuring 480.5 more or less on the NorthEast by Numo Narh-Sordzi of Dodowa and J. K. Kwashie’s land measuring 2,508.3 more or less. On the South-West by Abloyotee Arku Kwasi Sordje or Kordiabe, lands measuring 2,368.3 more or less on the South-East by Madam Dede Tetteh land measuring 330.3.”

b. An order that the said land in dispute is shared equally between the plaintiff and the estate of the late Henry Dei.

c. Recovery of possession of the share of the plaintiff in the disputed land from the 1st and 2nd defenda…
