EMMANUEL AKOMAYE AGIM, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This appeal No. CA/A/1007C/2019 was commenced on 7/10/2019 when the appellant herein filed a notice of appeal against the judgment of the Federal High Court in criminal case No: FHC/ABJ/CR/362/2015 delivered on 30/9/2019 by O.E. Abang J. The notice of appeal which contains 10 grounds of appeal, was with leave of Court amended on 9-12-2019. The amended notice of appeal also contains 10 grounds of appeal.

The appellant and 1st respondent filed their respective briefs as follows- appellant’s brief, 1st respondent’s brief and appellant’s reply brief.

Learned counsel for the 2nd respondent stated during the hearing of this appeal that the 2nd respondent did not file a brief.
