ABIMBOLA OSARUGUE OBASEKI-ADEJUMO, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Ruling): By a motion on notice dated and filed on 11th January, 2017, the Appellant/Applicant prays this Court for the following reliefs:
1. "AN ORDER restoring the status-quo prior to 16th June, 2016 by granting the Appellant/Applicant access to the property at No 12, Moshood Abiola Crescent off Toyin Street, Ikeja, Lagos pending the determination of this Appeal either by authorizing her to remove the padlock at the gate of the property or mandating the Respondents to surrender one set of the keys of the property to the Appellant/Applicant.
2. FURTHER ORDER OR ORDER(S) as this Honourable Court may deem fit to make in the circumstances of this case."
