By Court: I take notice a new Counsel for Defendants filed a notice of appointment on 23rd July 2018 and filed a motion for an order to set aside judgment and for leave to defend suit with a return date for 30th July 2018. Yesterday, when the case was called there was no affidavit of proof of service. The Counsel for Defendants was informed that today 31st July 2018 was set for judgment at 12 noon and effort to made to serve the Plaintiff the motion.
There is still no affidavit of proof of service neither Counsel for Defendants nor Defendants are in Court. I will dismiss the application. I will proceed to read my judgment.
