JUDGMENT
MENSAH, J.
By her Writ of Summons issued out at the Registry of the High Court, Accra on the 16th January, 2015, and the amended statement of claim filed on the 15th April, 2015, the claim of the Plaintiff against the Defendant is for:
(1) General Damages of GH₵500,000.00 for causing the death of Isaac Nuamah, her son under the below Heads.
(a) Compensation for two surviving children
(b) Compensation for surviving mother
(c) Compensation for father
(d) Compensation for two siblings
(e) Compensation for pain and suffering
(f) Loss of expectation of life
(g) Loss of prospective dependency
(h) Funeral/Hospital expenses
(i) Loss of earnings
Per the records, the defendant per Counsel entered conditional appearance on the 11th February, 2015, and filed defence on the 18th March, 2015, and further with an amended statement of defence on the 16th June, 2016.
