JUDGMENT
This case started with the issuance of a writ of summons and statement of claim on 3rd March, 2014. The writ was endorsed with the following reliefs;
i. Declaration that Defendant has transferred ownership of House Number/plot number C/17/E/112A to Plaintiff.
ii. Payment of GH₵301,663.00 less the cost/ value of the Building C/17/E/112A.
iii. Perpetual injunction restraining Defendant, his assigns, privies, agents and or anyone related to him in any way from claiming and or interfering with ownership or handling of H/No. Plot C/17/E/112A and all its adjoining land in whatsoever way.
iv. General damages for breach of contract.
v. Defendant mulcted in the cost of this action.
