This is an appeal against the ruling of the High Court dated 19th February, 2014.
The background to the case is that the plaintiff/appellant, Grace Arthur, sued the defendant/respondent Sharon Ofori Yeboah at the District Court, claiming the following reliefs:
i. Declaration that there is a binding tenancy between the plaintiff and the late Kwaku Ofori Yeboah, father of the defendant, covering the premises.
ii. An order for specific performance of the tenancy agreement between the plaintiff and the said Kwaku O. Yeboah.
iii. Recovery of possession
iv. An order for injunction restraining the defendant and all those who claim title through the late Kwaku Ofori-Yeboah from interfering with the plaintiff’s possession of the subject matter.
v. Costs
