Judgement

BY COURT: CONSENT JUDGMENT

The terms of settlement signed by the parties and their lawyers filed on 24th February, 2017, adopted as consent judgment of this Court as follows: - 

Whereas the Plaintiffs sued the Defendants on 21st November, 2013, for the  following reliefs: 

(a) Recovery of the total sum of GH¢315,130.00, which the Defendants  fraudulently collected from the Plaintiffs at various times for the sale of  64.5 plots of the Defendant’s alleged lands situate at Amrahia on the  Akatamanso  Road to the Plaintiffs. 

(b) Interest on the said sum at the current bank rate from 31st December, 2012  to date of final payment. 

(c) Damages for fraud. 

Whereas the Defendants also filed a statement of defence and denied  allegations of fraud. 

Whereas the parties have seen it fit to settle this matter and have accordingly  negotiated among themselves to agree on the following terms of settlement. 

It is hereby agreed that: -
