<p class="ql-align-center"><strong><span style="background-color: transparent">JUDGMENT</span></strong></p><p> <strong>ADDO J.</strong></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent">On 24th of May, 2018, the Plaintiff instituted the instant action against the Defendant  for the following reliefs: </span></p><p> <span style="background-color: transparent">a. A declaration of title to all that parcel of land described in Paragraph 5 herein. b. Perpetual injunction to restrain the Defendant, his agents, servants, assigns,  privies, workmen and anybody claiming through the Defendant from  entering and or developing the land described in Paragraph 5 above or in any  other manner interfering with the Plaintiff&#x27;s enjoyment or use of the land. c. Recovery of possession of the said parcel or piece of the land described in  Paragraph 5 herein. </span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent">d. General damages </span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent">e. Cost. </span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent">f.
