 SAMUEL ADEMOLA BOLA, JCA (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an appeal against the Ruling Judgment of the National and State House of Assembly Election Petition Tribunal Kaduna State Coram Hon. Justice H.H. Kereng, Hon. Justice A. A. Maidawa and Hon. Justice 0.0. Oluboyede delivered on 7th September, 2023, wherein the trial Tribunal dismissed the petition for lacking merit. Dissatisfied with the said ruling and judgment, the Appellants herein file a Notice of Appeal dated 18th September 2023 containing 11 Grounds challenging the ruling striking out Ground 2 of the petition and the entire judgment.
