3. THE CHIEF LANDS OFFICER OF RIVERS STATE OF NIGERIA as defendants are the following reliefs:-
1) A declaration that the plaintiff is the owner in possession of the property known as No.85, Rumusele Street (formerly Abba street) Mile I Diobu, Port Harcourt within the jurisdiction of this Honourable Court evidenced by its due release to him by virtue of the Rivers state of Nigeria Official Gazette, No. 26, Vol.7 of 3rd July, 1975 at page 344 and the Abandoned Property Authority, Rivers State Instrument of Transfer dated 17th July, 1975.
