MUHAMMAD IBRAHIM SIRAJO, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Judgment): At the High Court of Rivers State, Okrika Judicial Division, holden at Port Harcourt, (the lower Court), the Appellants herein, as Claimants, by a Writ of Summons issued on 25 March, 2002, claimed against the 1st and 27th Respondents, as Defendants, reliefs in respect of the Chieftaincy Stool of the Amanyanabo of Okrika Kingdom. The action was commenced by the Appellants in a representative capacity, for themselves and as representing the Ibulubo, Fibika-Ado, Abam, Ibanichuka, Dokube and Ogan War Canoe Houses of the Ado Royal Family of Okrika. In the course of the proceedings, the 3rd to 8th Respondents were joined as 3rd to 8th Defendants by an order of Court upon their application. 

By their Further, Further, Further Amended Statement of Claim dated the 10th day of March, 2017, copied at pages 1326-1336 of the Record of Appeal, Vol. III, the Appellants, as Claimants, sought from the lower Court, the following reliefs:
