MUHAMMAD IBRAHIM SIRAJO, JCA (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an appeal against the interlocutory decision/ruling of the High Court of Rivers State, Nigeria, sitting in Port Harcourt, delivered on the 16th day of November, 2018, wherein the High Court of Rivers State presided over by Hon. Justice A. U. Kingsley-Chuku dismissed Appellants' Notice of Preliminary objection. The Ruling of the High Court of Rivers State is copied at pages 285 to 293 of the Record of Appeal. Dissatisfied with the said decision/ruling, the Appellants have now appealed against same via a Notice of Appeal filed on 29th November, 2018, predicated on 7 grounds of appeal.
