BITRUS GYARAZAMA SANGA, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This appeal is against the judgment of E. N. THOMPSON J. of the High Court of Rivers State Port Harcourt Judicial Division delivered on 17th October, 2008. The Respondent was the Claimant while the Appellant was the Defendant.
