Judgement

RAPHAEL CHIKWE AGBO, J.C.A.(Delivering the Lead Ruling): The affidavit in support of the application is grossly insufficient. The appellant who claims to be a Civil Servant has not even told us her grade level or take home per month nor has she told us why she claims she has not been paid for one year. Her impecuniosity has not been established. This motion is hereby dismissed.

MASSOUD ABDULRAHMAN OREDOLA, J.C.A.: I agree.

AYOBODE OLUJIMI LOKULO-SODIPE, J.C.A.: I agree.
