<p style="text-align: justify"><strong>ABDU ASOKI, PJCA (Delivering the Leading Judgment): </strong>This is an appeal against the judgment of <strong>Niger State 1-Hgh Court, in Suit No. NSHC/SD/67 /2014 </strong>, delivered on the 9th of March 2015, <strong>by Hon. Justice A. A. Bima, </strong>in favour of the Plaintiff (now Respondent), by way of the summary judgment, pursuant to <strong>Order 11 of the High Court Civil (Procedure Rules), 2012 of Niger State. </strong>His Lordship in the judgment, ordered the Defendants (now Appellants) to pay to the Respondent, jointly and severally, the sum of Four Million, Four Hundred and Eight Thousand, One Hundred and Fifty Naira only (N4,408,150.00) , being unpaid balance of the money taken from the Respondent, by the Appellants.
