NZEAKO, JCA (Delivering the Lead Judgment): By a motion on notice dated 8/12/2000 filed on 14/12/2000, applicant who was not a party to the action in the High Court, but who became a victim of an order made by that court, applied to this court for the following orders:- AN ORDER extending the time within which the applicant may apply to seek leave to appeal against the ruling of the Honourable Mr. Justice A. A. Adesanya sitting at the High Court of Lagos State, Ikeja dated the 24th day of March, 2000.
AN ORDER granting leave to the applicant herein to appeal against the decision of the Honourable Mr. A. A. Adesanya of the Lagos State High Court sitting at Ikeja dated the 24th of March, 2000. AN ORDER enlarging the time within which the applicant may file his appeal against the said ruling.
