Movement, of which Grail Movement - Nigeria is a member, is a religious community dedicated to the pursuit of the spiritual goal ascribed to Jesus Christ, the Son of God, and set forth in the treatise or work A entitled “ In the light of truth, the Grail Message ” by Abd-ru-shin (otherwise known as Oskar Ernst Bernhardt) and in the writing associated with that treatise or work. As a result of a schism in the leadership of the International Grail Movement, there are two factions claiming to the Grail Movement of Nigeria. They are as follows - Those who acknowledge Siegfried Bernhardt as the supreme leader of the International Grail Movement, and are represented by the 1st - 3rd respondents, who as plaintiffs instituted suit No. FHC/AB/CS/85/99 at the Federal High Court, Abeokuta, Ogun State.
