STEPHEN JONAH ADAH, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an appeal by the Appellants against the Judgment of the Federal High Court of Nigeria, Uyo Judicial Division in Suit No. FHC/UY/CS/689/2013, which was delivered on the 11th day of March, 2014 by Ojukwu, J.

The Appellants were the Plaintiffs in the Lower Court while the Respondents were Defendants at the Lower Court.

The facts of the case from the record before this Court are not difficult to comprehend. On the 2nd day of May, 2013, the Appellants took out an originating summons from the Lower Court seeking the determination of six (6) questions and nine consequential reliefs. The questions and the reliefs therein listed are couched as follows:
