ARYENE (MRS.), J.

Plaintiff claims the following reliefs against the defendant: 

a. An order that being a joint owner of house No. B/MDN/106, Madina she has the right  to rent the premises to tenants without the permission of anybody. 

b. An injunction restraining the defendant, her agents and principals from interfering with  plaintiff’s management of House No. B/MDN/106, Madina and the plaintiff’s tenants  therein. 

The thrust of plaintiff’s case is that she is a joint owner of the disputed property. She contended  that to the knowledge of her husband one Abayomi Omaboe, now resident in Germany, she  contributed financially towards the renovation and extension works done on the house. And  that as the lawfully married wife of Mr. Omaboe and the joint owner of the property, she rented  the house out to tenants and dealt with the tenants in her capacity as landlady to the knowledge  of her husband.
