<p>JUDGMENT</p><p>The Plaintiff herein, Isaac Osei Nyantakyi, a former employee of the Defendant Company, Ghana Grid Company Limited (GRIDCO) commenced the instant action against the Defendant by filing a writ of summons together with a statement of claim for the following reliefs:</p><p>a. A Declaration that the termination of his appointment by GRIDCO is wrongful.</p><p>b. An order that the wrongful termination of appointment by the Defendant be treated as having declared the Plaintiff redundant according to the GRIDCO Senior Staff Association Conditions of Service.</p><p>c. Damages for wrongful termination of appointment of the Plaintiff by the Defendant.</p><p>d. Three months’ salary in lieu of notice under GRIDCO SSA Conditions of Service to be paid to him.</p><p>e. Cash payment of accrued leave for 2007 and 2008.</p><p>f. One month basic salary for transfer from Takoradi to Tema.</p><p>g.
