JUDGMENT
This action commenced with the Plaintiffs issuing a writ on the 7th of March, 2018 seeking the following reliefs;
1. Declaration of title to ALL THAT two pieces or parcel of land situate, lying and being at GBAWE GONSEE –ACCRA and bounden on the North by road measuring 100 feet more or less on the East by proposed road measuring 70 feet more or less on the South by Assignor’s land measuring 70 feet more or less and covering an appropriate area of 0/32 Acre which piece of land is more particularly delineated on the site plan covering the two parcels of land.
2. Immediate and unconditional eviction of the encroachers as well as demolition of their illegal structures and removal of the debris by the encroachers.
3. Perpetual injunction against the Defendants, their servants, relatives, agents and privies from interfering with the lands acquired by the Plaintiff.
4. Damages for trespass.
5. Costs.
