TERMS OF SETTLEMENT
1. On 13th March, 2015, the Plaintiffs issued a Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim against the Defendants for the following reliefs:
“a. A declaration that the property described as H/No. 84/4 Wiaboman Close, Lartebiokorshie, Accra was being held in trust by the deceased for himself and his five siblings all having equal interest in the property.
b. A declaration that the 2nd and 3rd Defendants are under the Will of the deceased entitled to one-sixth (1/6) of the property, being that which the deceased father was entitled to and not the whole of the top floor of the property.
c. An order directed at the defendants to desist from laying claim to the entire top floor of the disputed property.
d. An order restraining the Defendants from dealing with the tenant of the top floor of the property without the express consent and knowledge of the Plaintiff and his siblings.
