<p> </p><p> </p><p>TERMS OF SETTLEMENT </p><p>1. On 13th March, 2015, the Plaintiffs issued a Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim against the Defendants for the following reliefs: </p><p>“a. A declaration that the property described as H/No. 84/4 Wiaboman Close, Lartebiokorshie, Accra was being held in trust by the deceased for himself and his five siblings all having equal interest in the property. </p><p>b. A declaration that the 2nd and 3rd Defendants are under the Will of the deceased entitled to one-sixth (1/6) of the property, being that which the deceased father was entitled to and not the whole of the top floor of the property. </p><p>c. An order directed at the defendants to desist from laying claim to the entire top floor of the disputed property. </p><p>d. An order restraining the Defendants from dealing with the tenant of the top floor of the property without the express consent and knowledge of the Plaintiff and his siblings. </p><p>e. Cost </p><p>f.
