 JUDGEMENT

AGBEVEY, J.

The parties were married under the Marriage Ordinance (Cap 127) (1951  Rev.) on the 28th day of March, 2004 at the Alajo Church of Pentecost, Central  Assembly, Accra. 

The parties cohabited at Nii Boi Town, Fish Pond, West Legon and  Ashaiman Gbetsile. There are three issues of the marriage. Per the petition filed on the 11th day of November, 2013, the petitioner is praying the court for the  following reliefs: 

1. That the marriage between the parties be dissolved. 

2. Joint custody and maintenance of the three children of the marriage. The Respondent filed an answer in which she denied the material particulars  save that she agrees that the marriage be dissolved. She cross-petitioned as  follows: 

1. That the Petitioner has never contributed to the upkeep of the children and therefore the Respondent prays that the Petitioner be  ordered to contribute to the upkeep of the children of the marriage  and also pay for all arrears of their educational fees.
