“An order enlarging the time within which the appellant/ applicant may apply for leave to appeal against the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, Ikeja, delivered on 18April 2007.

An order granting leave to the appellant/applicant to appeal against the ruling of the Lagos State Court, Ikeja, delivered on 18April 2007.

An order extending time within which the appellant/applicant may appeal against the ruling of the Lagos State High Court,

Ikeja, delivered on 18April 2007.

Leave to appeal on grounds of fact and mixed law and facts.
