JUDGMENT

The Plaintiff on 30th August 2019, caused to be issued out of the Registry of this  Court, a Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim against the Defendant for the  following reliefs; 

1. Recovery of the sum of Four Hundred and Fifty Thousand, Eight Hundred  and Seven Ghana Cedis and Eighty -Four Pesewas (GH¢450,807.84).

2. Interest on the said amount of Four Hundred and Fifty Thousand, Eight  Hundred and Seven Ghana Cedis and Eighty-Four Pesewas (GH¢450,807.84) from the 21st of August 2019 to the date of final payment at the prevailing  lending rate. 

3. Judicial sale of the landed property with land title certificate number GA  46881 belonging to the 2nd Defendant in satisfaction of the judgment debt. 

4. General damages. 

5. Cost including Solicitor’s fees.
