CONSENT JUDGMENT
1. This Court has perused the terms of settlement document which has been duly signed by the parties.
I therefore enter consent judgment in favour of the Plaintiff against the Defendants as in the terms of settlement’s document aforementioned.
I. The Plaintiff shall waive the penalty of GH¢63,859.69 of the interest and GH¢127,000 of the principal against the Defendants.
II. The Defendants shall be indebted to the Plaintiff’s for a total amount of GH¢ 670,000.00.
III. The Defendants shall pay their indebtedness to the Plaintiff according to the table below.
