JUDGMENT
ABODAKPI, J.
1. This action was commenced on 20-06-2017, with a Writ of Summons with the under listed Reliefs, endorsed on it.
a. An order for declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land situate at plot No.C769/4, Kokomlemle, Accra.
b. An order for the recovery of possession of plot No.C769/4, Kokomlemle, Accra.
c. An order for perpetual injunction restraining the Defendant, his assigns, agents and or workmen from entering working on or in any manner interfering with Plaintiff’s ownership/possession of the land.
d. Damages for trespass
e. Costs
f. Further or other reliefs
The Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim, has been served on Defendant by substituted service.
A motion for an order of interlocutory injunction has been similarly served, heard and granted.
The Defendant has been restrained since 08- 09-2016, from interfering with the subject matter of the suit.
