Judgement

  JUDGMENT 

The Plaintiff herein issued out this Writ of Summons against the Defendant on  the 18th of July 2013 claiming the following reliefs: 

(a) Cash the sum of GHC 30,000.00 being damages for wrongful  termination of employment. 

(b) An order of the court directing the Defendant’s hospitality industry to  pay all benefits due to Plaintiff forthwith. 

(c) General damages for libel. 

(d) General damages for unlawful arrest and false imprisonment. (e) Perpetual injunction restraining the Defendant and its employees  from publishing any statement touching and concerning Plaintiff that  he was a dishonest ex-employee of the Defendant’s hospitality  industry.

THE CASE OF THE PLAINTIFF 

By an accompanying Statement of Claim, the Witness Statement of Plaintiff filed on  the 3rd of June 2015 and the Witness Statement of one Emmanuel Agbleke, filed on  the 3rd of June 2015, the Plaintiff’s case is that he was appointed a steward of the  Defendant Company by a confirmation letter dated 23rd May…
