BIOBELE ABRAHAM GEORGEWILL, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Ruling): This is an application seeking leave to appeal as an interested party against the judgment of the High Court of Benue State, Coram: W.I. Kpochi J, in Suit No. MHC/256/2019: Mr Sunday Assam Rogers V. Chief Agbo Egaji Abel (the Beaded Clan Head of Ifu-Akpa) and Ors, delivered on 9/10/2019, in which the claims of the 1st Respondent as Claimant against one Chief Agbo Egaji Abel (Deceased), and the 2nd - 5th Respondents were granted.

On 18/11/2021, the Applicant filed a Motion on Notice seeking the leave of this Court to appeal as an interested party against the judgment of the lower Court delivered on 9/10/2019. The Motion was supported by an Affidavit of five paragraphs deposed to on behalf of the Applicant, annexed to which are some documents marked as Exhibit A, the judgment sought to be appealed against as an interested party, and Exhibit B, the proposed Notice and Seven Grounds of Appeal.
