RULING
1. The motion for leave to take a writ of summon outside time limited (i.e.) the motion entitled “Motion Ex Parte - application for extension of time within which to institute action to claim compensation”, is dismissed.
2. There is no merit in it. I hold the view that applicant has slept on his right.
