JUDGMENT
By an amended Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim filed on 28th March 2016 Plaintiff filed this suit against Defendant claiming title to a piece of land situate at Odorkor-Tsium covering an area of 0.39 acres, recovery of possession, damages for trespass, perpetual injunction, an Order for cancellation of Defendants records and cost.
Plaintiff’s case is that she acquired the land in dispute situate and being at Odorkor-Tsuim Accra from Nii Tsuim Tawiah (also known as Gbawe Tawiah) acting by its lawful head and representative Naa Konkai Tawiah in 1989 by way of a leasehold for a term of 99 years. Plaintiff described her land as all that piece or parcel of land situate and being at Odorkor-Tsuim containing an approximate area of 0.39 acre on the North East more or less bounded by lessor’s land measuring 78.4 feet more or less on the South West by a proposed road measuring 68.0 feet more or less on the South East by lessor’s land measuring 227.9 feet more or less an…
