JUDGMENT

AGBEVEY, J.

Joyce Marmeley Tetteh (hereinafter called the Petitioner) and Emmanuel Gidisi Tetteh (hereinafter called the Respondent) were married under the Marriage Ordinance (Cap 127) (1951 Rev.) at the Calvary Baptist Church, Circle Branch on the 16th day of November, 2000. The Petitioner is a banker whilst the Respondent is a Customs Officer of the Ghana Revenue Authority. 

There is one issue of the marriage - a girl by name Yehoda Tetteh who is twelve years old. The parties cohabited at No. 33 Papaya Loop, Teshie Manhean  until the 3rd day of December 2012 when the Petitioner relocated to Kotobabi.  She is currently at Anyaa, Ablekuma. 

It is the case of the Petitioner that the Respondent has behaved in such a way that the she cannot reasonably be expected to live with the Respondent as the Respondent has caused the Petitioner much anxiety and distress.
