ADJEI, J.
I have read all the processes filed by the Applicants together with the annexures attached to some of them. I have also heard the counsel for the three Applicants in the three different applications. The trust of their applications is that they were not served with notice of proceedings in the matter before the writ of possession was issued and were therefore denied a hearing.
I have also read all the three affidavits in opposition filed by the Plaintiff. I have also heard the lawyer for the Plaintiff in opposing all the three applications.
On 5th April, 2016, the Plaintiff who is the Respondent in all the three separate applications before this Court filed a motion to serve all the assignees of the Defendants with the Judgement to inform them to take steps to vacate.
