The motion for an interlocutory injunctive order has been filed on 02/10/2018, with the supporting affidavit and exhibits. There is a statement of case annexed as well. On 08/11/2018, a supplementary affidavit with exhibit annexed was filed.
On the other hand, an affidavit deposed to by Sheilda Habada, contains the opposition to the application. And on 12/11/2018, a supplementary affidavits was also filed.
The case of applicants is that they acquired the disputed land which is approximately 1,006 acres and had it duly registered with Land Title Certificate No. GA 7789, since 1996, and Exhibit ‘ST2’ has been cited in support of these averments.
In paragraph 9, 10 and 11 applicants traced their root of title to a grant made on 30/07/1990 by the Nii Adam Aplaku family which has been duly registered as noted supra.
