BADA JCA (Delivering the Lead Ruling): This is an application dated 26 April 2008 and filed on 30 April 2008 in which the applicant prayed for the following orders:
(1) An order extending the time within which the applicant may apply for leave to appeal against the decision of the High Court of Justice, Isanlu, Kogi State delivered on 22 February 2007 in suit No-KGS/IHC/01/2000.
(2) An order granting leave to the applicant to appeal against the above judgment.
(3) An order extending the time within which the applicant may file the notice and grounds of appeal against the said judgment.
