IBRAHIM SHATA BDLIYA, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Ruling): The applicant (KABO AIR LIMITED), filed motion on Notice on the 16th of April, 2017, praying this Court (Court of Appeal, Kaduna Division), for the following Orders:
"1. AN ORDER for extension of time within which it shall appeal against the Ruling/Decision of the lower Court delivered on 20th June, 2016 in suit No. FHC/KN/CS/129/2016.
2. An Order extending time within which the applicant may file its Notice of Appeal against the Ruling/Decision of the lower Court delivered on 20th June, 2016 in suit No. FHC/KN/CS/129/2016.
