(Delivering the lead : ):</strong> The Applicant Prince Buruji Kashamu filed this motion on Notice on 10th July, 2013 at the Registry of this Court praying the Court for the following:</p><p> &quot;1. AN ORDER setting aside the judgment of this Honourable Court delivered on the 2nd day of July, 2013 in these Proceedings.</p><p> 2.
